Shipping Information


Downloads: Downloads are available immediately upon purchase, directly on the website. They are not sent by e-mail. Please be sure to check for your download link before you log out of your account. There are never shipping charges on downloadable products. Downloads cannot be refunded. This includes Keys of the World and Keys of the Universe Montessori homeschool curriculum. There are plethora of samples available prior to purchase. 
*Customers are responsible for verifying previous purchase of downloads. 
Did you place an order on the old Garden of Francis site? Contact us with an approximate date of purchase so we can locate your purchase and get you access on our current site. 



Stock Varies: Some of our items are purchased in bulk for re-sale. Please note that due to product availability and price changes, sometimes the product you receive will not fully match the image provided. The new item will function the same as the item in the image. 


Custom-Made:  Most physical items available for purchase are custom made. These items are made after your order is placed; we do not maintain pre-made items in these categories, so that we can best modify for your particular needs. This includes but is not limited to wood-cut items, sewing, soap, 3D figures and stamps. Orders that include custom-made items may take 4-6 weeks for shipment; many times sooner. Please wait until at least the 4th week after your order to inquire about timing, so that we can provide the most accurate response. Please follow this order timeline link for more detailed information on current shipping times during busy times (if the link is not updated, we are running on standard schedule). 


Continental USA: Flat Rate shipping is $10 per order.  Non-Continental USA: Alaska and Hawaii are flat rate of $15. 

Everywhere else: Flat Rate shipping of $50 per order. Please inquire if you anticipate the shipping fee will be significantly lower than this so that I can provide a custom code for you. 


You will receive a tracking link when your order is shipped to you.

  • If you have not received your order within 7 days from the date of shipping, please contact us to investigate with our local post office or UPS office. 
  • International customers: customs can be quick or slow. Please wait 3 weeks before contacting us to investigate the package's location. 


Problem with your order? Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a prompt resolution. After this date, the order is assumed to be complete and closed out. 


Refunds: Paypal fees and shipping charges can not be refunded.
